Accompanied by Chef João Oliveira, set out on an early morning fishing trip and discover the maritime tradition of the Algarve. The fish you catch will later be prepared in a cataplana, honouring the flavour of the sea and the rhythm of the south.
The catch is carefully cooked in a traditional cataplana, enhancing the region’s authentic flavours, and then served at Bistro by Vista.
